| DRIVER PROFILE TYLER MECL #71 FACTORY STOCK & #911 XMOD HOMETOWN: QUEEN CREEK, AZ Racing Experience: Tyler started racing karts in 2006 in AZ, Wilmar Mn, & two different tracks in Pennsylvania. He won the Prestige "desert Classid" in the rookie division @ Aka raceway in Peoria, AZ. Tyler started racing full size cars in 2008 (12 years old) in the Hornet division in Minnesota driving Dave Mass's Hornet! In 2010 he raced at Canyon Speedway Park in one of Harlan Morehart's Pure Stocks during the winter season, then the regular season. At the age of 14 he finished the season as rookie of the year and 10th in points, with 2 b-feature wins & 2 second place feature finishes. On April 30, 2011 Tyler had his first clean sweap and his first feature win ever at Et Motopark! Tyler has raced @ 7 tracks in Minnesota, 2 in Pennsylvania, and 4 in Arizona. His car is a Mecl Chassis, (built by Tyler & his dad), and is a 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo with a 355ci engine.
